You guys really need to get better with answering support tickets! Here is my example of what just happened to me. I placed a support ticket with a question. The question was NOT answered AT ALL in regards to the information I provided. Then my ticket was closed without leaving me any chance to reply. NOT happy about that at all! Pretty rude if you asked me. My ticket #89126 read: While playing in Open World on a private server the game got switched to 'no snipers allowed.' Not a problem. I logged out and got rid of all my snipers and sniper ammo. When I logged back onto the same server none of my weapons would work, not even melee weapons. This has happened more than once on several different servers. Is this a server problem or game problem? Please help. Thank you. The response I got was : NewZ Ticket #81926 Answer The support has replied to your ticket: Hello, you are on a PVE server, you can't kill players there. Regards Problem NOT solved! I NEVER mentioned killing or trying to kill other players! So I sent my ticket again and explained that I was aware of the server being PVE and again NO weapons worked even melee weapons! The reply I got stated that I was playing on a PVE server, then my ticket was closed without allowing me to reply. That is correct I was on a PVE server and I am well aware of that because it is ALL I play on! None of my weapons worked against any zombie. Something is wrong somewhere! Thanks again. The response I got was: NewZ Ticket #81931 Answer The support has replied to your ticket: Hello, the owner of the server can disable Assault Rifles and Sniper. PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED!!!! There was NO issue with the owner disabling sniper rifles or assault rifles. I was NOT trying to kill other players! My issue was that NONE of my weapons (PLEASE SEE ORIGINAL MESSAGES....I REMOVED ALL SNIPER RIFLES AND AMMO THAT I WAS CARRYING) and not even my melee weapons would work! Something is wrong when weapons get 'disabled.' It seems to effect all weapons not just those specified. Could someone please look into this? PLEASE! Also, when and if you look into this, please look into how terrible your support is. The way support tickets are answered is minimal at best and does not allow for players to reply with responses that could possibly help in solving the issues they are having. Closing tickets this quickly with a minimal at best answer seems as though bots are running the support ticket feedback. No human interaction at all. I know players who have stopped playing due to the very short rude answers and 'ticket closing' that occurs all too frequently. Players place tickets because they are looking for help, NOT simplified one line answers that DO NOT answer the questions! If, IF anyone actually took the time to READ my ticket(s) I am quite certain I would have gotten a different response; because the one line answers I was given not only did NOT answer my question, they also were not even revelent to the question I asked! READ the details I provided and tell me how ANY of the answers I was given even remotely begins to answer my question!
Once again I am having an issue with the support ticket responses. My ticket was closed BEFORE I even got a chance to reply! This has got to STOP NOW! How are we as players supposed to get our questions answered if our tickets are closed out before we can even reply???? This is an ongoing problem! Here is m,y current issue. I was playing on an EU Open World server called Raging Zombies. This was listed as a PVE only server. When I began playing I was killed by another player within the first five minuets! HOW can this happen on a PVE server? I was under the impression that since this sort of thing has been an ongoing issue that changes were made making it necessary for the server to be completely empty BEFORE the change from PVE to PVP could be made? I also have a screenshot of the login showing that the EU Open World server Raging Zombies was listed as a PVE board! I sent a ticket to support explaining my issue and was given an unacceptable answer and my ticket was closed without allowing me to comment more or to ask further questions. WHY are the people who work in the support area closing tickets without giving players a chance to respond? This is by NO means any way to treat players who have legitimate questions about issues they are experiencing. With my previous issues with your support I was told to send an e mail directly to them here: [email protected] I did as they requested on January 31st, 2018 and STILL have not heard back from anyone concerning my initial issue. This issue of closing support tickets after the first reply from support is NO way to solve ongoing issues with the game. It makes players want to quit playing, especially after you guys constantly tell players if they have any problems to submit a support ticket. For what? So it can be NOT answered correctly and closed leaving players still having issues? Previously I questioned if bots were running the support page, and after the answer I got this evening; the one that prompted me to write this complaint, I still think bots are running the support page! Anyone with any legitimate consideration, care, or concern for players problems would not just close support tickets like this!
