  1. So.....they serve no purpose and the clans with the most dont get anything. Seems like the devs didnt think this through....like a lot of things...
  2. As the title sates....what purpose do they serve? Does the clan with the most get anything or just bragging rights?
  3. the devs said "f-you" we dont care.......because you make valid points
  4. 1) really chupa....why would they shoot? It would give a feeling of not being an empty area. There are all the buildings/towers there....seems like a huge waste of space....Could add random npcs or just cut all the BS buildings and just have the store & vault.
  5. This "addition" to survival is turning it in to open world, that and the addition of more sniper rifles. you guys were on a good path, then you listened to----god only knows who--- some one that this would be a "great" idea. Ice and I talked about this when you first posted the video about the boxes. I too would say "I TOLD YOU SO!" but then you guys would just cry some more, because those of us who have been playing for a while (vets) hurt your feelings for proving you wrong.....AGAIN.
  6. 1. Agree 2. There are cars all over...look for them. 3. No, just no. Pay attention to your surroundings. It is "survival" not "I'm a little wuss and need to know where to hide 4. They are making more stuff to craft...it's in their posts that they are working on it. 5. Thats the point....if you want sniper rifles get on open world. The devs have stated before that snipers would be hard to find. 6. Get a straw and suck it the F up.
  7. This is a cut and paste from the post I made from the beta test and finally got around to reposting it now that survival is in full swing and headed in a good direction. Things i suggest-1) NPC guards at the safe zones. Not just for survival but open world as well. This would give it more of a "safe" zone feel. not just an empty base. 2) Have food/water and health free at the safe zones; like a chow/community hall. not food/bandages to take but an interactive table/medcenter. 3) since the map is HUGE and it takes forever to run across it; put zombies in the forest. 4) more zombies-EVERYWHERE. i know this can be taxing on computers/servers (for the others that read this and complain that their computer cant take it at whatever fps-your computer sucks, upgrade it or get a new one)
  8. i found an AKS and ak74, i think norad, airport and splinter. +1 on the Hud bleeding thing..... I agree the NVG helmets are all over the place. One of the maps had the radiation in Splinter. the other player that went there said that he lost 1 bar of health every 10 seconds or so. didnt see a change in loot or zombies. there were a few towns/farms that didnt have zombies..... as i am inclined to agree with the magazines, I will disagree with that point. i think there should be less, making the fully automatic weapons more of a rarity and people would have to conserve their ammo.
  9. First off- the game has come a long way in the last few years from when it was 'War Z'. I understand why it was a limited beta, and for those who complained it wasnt open- get over it; all you do is complain about everything and would find the smallest thing to bitch about and call it 'feedback'. So for the Devs- keep pushing forward! now to the things I found- 1) The magazines are not stacking the way they should or did in open world. If i unloaded a magazine from a weapon it would go into its own stack, but if i dropped it and picked it up it would stack correctly. 2) I died with a med backpack and when I rez'd I had the small backpack. Thats fine....however it was showing the slots for the med bag for the small bag and the weight didnt match up and would give me the 'its too heavy' thing. 3) The day light starts at around 0330 and ends at 2100ish. I dont know if you have it on summer hours or just meant for it to be that way, but given people look at the small things... . 4) since im going in to the nit picking.... the sun sets in the east, i didnt look to see where the sun would rise, but.....just a fyi. 4) more zombies-EVERYWHERE. i know this can be taxing on computers/servers (for the others that read this and complain that their computer cant take it at whatever fps-your computer sucks, upgrade it or get a new one) Once again, good job guys! I have been following this game since its inception as a beta of War Z through all of the other things it has become. I think this will be a step in the right direction as I felt like it was the original game (not to say open world isnt bad). as for the crappy FPS or high ping.... I'd say it's the users. I have never had any issue playing, they just like to whine about everything and blame the Devs for their shortfalls(crappy computers/crappy ISP). Kind regards- Matthew 'El Jorge'
